Return and Refund for Change of Mind
You are not entitled for a return and refund if you have changed your mind after purchasing from us.

Return for Incorrect, Damaged and Defective Product(s)
In the unlikely event that customer received an incorrect, damaged or defective product(s), customer must inform to us and return the product(s) to us within 7 days from the date of product(s) received by the customer. The returned product(s) will be checked and the goods should be in the unused, unwashed, unworn and untagged. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the product(s) has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Infinith™ will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

Return for Size Exchange
Customer must inform to us and return to us within 7 days from the date of of product(s) received for size exchange. The returned product(s) will be checked and the goods should be in the unused, unwashed, unworn and untagged. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the product(s) has been used or damaged by the customer, the size exchange will not be applicable. Moreover all shipping charges for size exchange will be borne by customer. Infinith™ will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

Refund for Incorrect, Damaged and Defective Product(s)
Infinith™ will fully refund all paid amount if customer received an incorrect, damaged or defective product(s).

Refund for Size Exchange
Infinith™ will refund the product(s) amount for size exchange. Customer has to order again with their desired size.

Refund for Return Shipping Charges for Incorrect, Damaged and Defective Product(s)
Infinith™ will fully refund the return shipping charges if customer received an incorrect, damaged or defective product(s). Return shipping must be via Poslaju courier service for Malaysian customer and national postal services for Non-Malaysian customer with proof of payment.

Refund via Store Credit
All refunds will be credited into store credit only. Learn more.

Return, Refund and Exchange for AS IS
No return, no refund and no exchange for AS IS product(s). AS IS product(s) having some wearable defects such as minor printing issue, minor thread issue and etc.

Other Matters
Infinith™ reserves the right to cancel a transaction in order to comply with credit card industry regulations, payment processor, banking and FPX ruling, or the need to comply with legal requirements, intellectual property rights, court orders and law enforcement agencies. In addition Infinith™ may cancel transactions it reasonably considers to be potentially fraudulent, unlawful, or in breach of Infinith™ prohibited items and term of use service or privacy policy.
